N2  - Die vorliegende Arbeit befasst sich mit der Thematik des Trainers im Sport- und Fußballbusiness. Ziel der Arbeit ist es herauszufinden, welche Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten ein erfolgreicher Fußballtrainer im professionellen Fußballbusiness haben sollte. Um die Thematik zu erfassen, werden Branchenkenntnisse des Sport- und Fußballbusiness vermittelt. Außerdem erfährt der Leser, was unter Kommunikation und Motivation verstanden wird. Die Schwerpunkte der Arbeit sind die Themen Führung und das Leadership. Es werden u.a. Führungstheorien beschrieben, kritisch hinterfragt und Modelle des Leaderships ausgeführt. Am Praxisbeispiel Carlo Ancelotti werden die theoretischen Kenntnisse angewendet. Als Ergebnis der Arbeit wurden Erfolgsfaktoren und Handlungsempfehlungen erarbeitet.
N2  - This bachelorthesis deals with the subject of trainers in sports- and soccerbusiness. This work’s aim is to analyse what kind of knowledge and skills a professional soccertrainer should have. In order to grasp the topic, industry specific knowledge of sports- and soccerbusiness is imparted. The reader gets to know the meaning of communication and motivation. The focus of the thesis is on management (guidance) and leadership. Management theories get described and critically questioned. Futhermore, models of leadership are covered. The theoretical knowledge gets applied to the practical example Carlo Ancelotti. As a results of this thesis, factors of success and recommended actions are developed.
