N2  - Ziel dieser Diplomarbeit ist es, Grundlagen über das „Supply Chain Management“ zu vermitteln und das Beschaffungskostenmanagement als dessen Teilbereich näher zu beschreiben. Eine nachhaltige Kostensenkung kann dabei durch den „Sourcing-Diamanten“ erreicht werden, der somit den Hauptteil dieser Diplomarbeit bildet. In weiterer Folge werden die einzelnen Kostensenkungshebel des „Sourcing-Diamanten“ beschrieben um abschließend ihre Anwendbarkeit in der Praxis durch Fallbeispiele zu überprüfen.
N2  - This Diploma Thesis is aimed at imparting bases of “Supply Chain Management“ and at describing procurement cost management as its partial area in more detail. In this context, sustainable cost reduction can be achieved by means of the “Sourcing Diamond”, which thus constitutes the main part of this Diploma Thesis. Then the individual cost reduction levers provided by the “Sourcing Diamond” will be described and reviewed for their usability in practice by means of case studies.
