N2  - Die vorliegende Arbeit befasst sich mit der Suche nach einem geeigneten Controllingansatz am Zentrum für Röntgenstrukturanalyse der Universität Wien. Hauptziel ist es, die wichtigsten Faktoren zur Beobachtung des Systems zu finden. Diese sollen durch zwei unterschiedliche Ansätze erarbeitet werden. Die beiden Ergebnisse sollen in den nächsten Jahren verglichen und angepasst werden. Das Controlling des Zentrums für Röntgenstrukturanalyse soll als Beispiel für andere Hochtechnologiezentren der Universität Wien dienen. Diese sollen in den nächsten Jahren ebenso durch Controllinginstrumente optimiert werden.
N2  - This thesis seeks to find a suitable approach for controlling at the X-ray Structure Analysis Centre at the University of Vienna. The main aim is to find the most important criteria to observe the system by developing two different approaches. In the following years both results will be compared and adjusted. The controlling of the X-ray Structure Analysis Centre shall serve as an example for other high-technology centres of the University of Vienna which will also be optimised by controlling instruments in the following years.
