N2  - In den Unternehmen sind Qualitätsmanagement und Controlling gängige Begriffe und diese Disziplinen haben sich mehr als bewährt. Die vorliegende Diplomarbeit beschäftigt sich mit diesen Bereichen und verbindet sie miteinander. Das Qualitätscontrolling, das hier eine zentrale Rolle darstellt, bewegt sich innerhalb der Balanced Scorecard, die von Kaplan & Norton als ein strategisches Managementinstrument veröffentlicht wurde.
Der Hauptteil konzentriert sich auf die Prozessperspektive. Hierbei werden Kennzahlen des Produktions- bzw. Logistikmanagement-, Kundenmanagement-, Innovationsmanagementprozesses und der gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen / sozialen Prozesse herausgearbeitet, die der Organisation einen Überblick gewähren sowie einen dementsprechenden Handlungsbedarf, in den jeweiligen Gebieten, ermöglichen sollen.
N2  - In the companies quality management and controlling are common terms and these disciplines have more than proven. This diploma thesis deals with these areas and illustrates the connections between them. Quality controlling here plays a central role and moves within the Balanced Scorecard, which was published as a strategic management tool by Kaplan & Norton.
The main part focuses on the process perspective. In this case, key figures of the production & logistics-, customer-, innovation management process and the statutory / social processes are elaborated that allow the organization an overview and a corresponding need for action in the respective areas.
