N2  - The objective of this paper is to investigate the development of events in the pharmaceutical industry in relation to the Pharma Code  of Ethics. The  paper analyzes the introduction of the “Voluntary Self-regulation” and its resultant effects on the events in the pharmaceutical industry. These effects will be investigated according to the laws and regulations defined by the pharmaceutical code. Examples will be applied in order to illustrate the findings.
