In the first part of this thesis there are theoretical background of marketing conception. The second part is about historical development of the coffee bars in Europe. Also include the second part the development of the coffee bars in Germany. As example for the development and currency of the coffee bars in Germany was taken the Starbucks Company. The third part of this thesis is the implementation of the theoretical knowledge on the making a marketing concept. And the last part is a conclusion from the author.
