N2  - Die vorliegende Arbeit thematisiert das Sabbatjahr und dessen Umsetzung als spezielles Arbeitszeitmodell und Teil einer modernen Work-Life-Balance in Unternehmen. Im ersten Abschnitt der Arbeit wird hierbei die Aktualität der gesamten Thematik ausführlich erörtert. Des Weiteren geht es im zweiten Teil um die theoretischen Grundlagen und deren einzelne als auch zusammenhängende Betrachtung im thematischen Kontext.
Anschließend erfolgt die Erläuterung zur Erstellung und Vorbereitung der empirischen Untersuchung. Im dritten Teil wurden alle Befragungsergebnisse ausgewertet und eine Prognose zur künftigen Entwicklung der gesamten Thematik aufgestellt.
N2  - The topic of following master thesis is the sabbatical and his successful implementation as a special working time model and as a part of a modern work-life-balance in companies. In its first and second part there is an explained relevance, concerning the whole topic, followed by a detailed single and articulated clarification of all the theoretical rudiments. In its third part the author evaluates all her survey results and gives furthermore a prediction of the development of the whole topic.
