N2  - This thesis deals with binaural recording solutions in context with low-budget filmproduction. It explains how human perception works and how binaural recording solutions mimic this in recording and playback. A solution for a satisfactory reproduction of the human perception with binaural recording systems is proposed regarding which binaural recording solutions are qualified for low-budget filmproduction. Based upon this, a binaural recording system is used in an exemplary film. The production of the film is explained and examined.
