N2  - Im Rahmen der Digitalisierung gilt es, ein individuelles Condition-Monitoring-System für die Textilmaschinen der KARL MAYER Technische Textilien GmbH zu entwickeln. Dafür soll als zentrale Einheit der Mikrocontroller EC-1 Communication Board von Renesas verwendet werden, um den Zustand von Textilmaschinen durch definierte, digitale Sensoren, welche nicht im vorhandenen Steuerungssystem integriert sind, zu erfassen. Anschließend sind diese Messwertdaten über das EtherCAT-Interface des Mikrocontrollers an die SPS-Einheit der Textilmaschine für nachfolgende Analyseprozesse zu senden.
N2  - As part of digitization an individual condition monitoring system for the textile machines of KARL MAYER Technische Textilien GmbH is to be developed. As a central unit the microcontroller EC-1 Communication Board from Renesas will be used to detect the condition of textile machines through defined digital sensors that are not integrated in the existing control system. These recorded measurement data are then to be sent to the PLC unit of the textile machine via the EtherCAT interface of the microcontroller for the subsequent analysis processes.
