N2  - Die vorliegende Bachelorarbeit gibt einen Überblick über die Merkmale und Herausforderungen EU-finanzierter Entwicklungszusammenarbeit sowie über Relationship Management als Theorie und Funktion von Öffentlichkeitsarbeit nach John Ledingham. Anschließend wird die Öffentlichkeitsarbeit zur betroffenen Bevölkerung eines Entwicklungsprojekts exemplarisch anhand des Projektabschlussberichtes analysiert. Ziel der Arbeit ist es, die Komplexität des Erklärungsbedarfs in der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit exemplarisch darzustellen und der Frage nachzugehen, wie mit der betroffenen Bevölkerung kommuniziert wird.
N2  - This bachelor thesis presents an overview of the characteristics and challenges of EU-financed development cooperation as well as Relationship Management as a theory and function of Public Relations according to John Ledingham. Subsequently the Public Relations for the affected population of a development project is analyzed on the basis of the final progress report. The aim of this thesis is to exemplify the complexity of the need for explanation in Public Relations and to investigate the question of how to communicate with the affected population.
