The study shows that successful paid-content-offers are based on three key competitive factors: being up-to-date / refresh period, exclusiveness, and additional value. Additionally the product or service should be of very high quality to justify the purchasing price. The findings of this research are illustrated with and applied on examples from the online-magazines „Business-Adel“ of „Adelmachers“ publication series.
