N2  - Die Bachelorarbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Frage wie hoch der Einfluss der technischen Entwicklungen in der Filmtechnik auf die Tierdokumentarfilme der Firma Light & Shadow GmbH ist. Hierfür werden exemplarisch drei aussagekräftige Filme der Firma zwischen 2000 und 2018 untersucht. Genauer wird der technische Fortschritt in drei Kategorien unterteilt:
Kameratechnik, Aerials und Grip. Zusätzlich werden weitere Faktoren wie Dramaturgie, Distribution, Marketing und Social Media untersucht. Anhand der Ergebnisse wird eine Antwort auf die Frage erarbeitet und eine kurze Zukunftsprognose für die weitere Entwicklung des deutschen Tierdokumentarfilmes gegeben.
N2  - The bachelor thesis investigates the influence of technical developments in film technology on the animal documentary films of the production company Light & Shadow GmbH. For this purpose, three meaningful films of the company between 2000 and 2018 are examined by way of example. More specifically, technical progress is divided into three categories:
Camera technology, aerials and grip. In addition, other factors such as dramaturgy, distribution, marketing and social media are investigated. On the basis of the results, an answer to the question is worked out and a short prognosis for the further development of the German animal documentary film is given.
