• Die Zertifikatsarbeit „Professionalisierungsformen in der Sozialen Arbeit – soziologische Perspektiven in der Supervision“ stellt zuerst allgemeine Grundlagen der soziologischen Forschung zum Professionsbegriff vor. Sie umfasst auch aktuelle Entwicklungen wie Professionalisierung, Hybridisierung und Deprofessionalisierung. Vertieft wird das Konzept der Professionalisierungsformen nach Dewe/Stüwe et al. Weiterhin wird betrachtet, wie in dieser Weise professionalisierte Mitarbeiter*innen die Supervision verstehen und nutzen. Aus der Perspektive der Supervisor*innen kann das Konzept der Professionalisierung in der sozialen Arbeit als Verstehens- und Bearbeitungsfolie dienen. Das wird anhand von Praxisbeispielen dargelegt. In einem gesonderten Kapitel wird beschrieben, welchen Beitrag eine Organisation zur Professionalisierung ihrer Mitglieder leistet, das geschieht am Beispiel der Römisch-katholischen Kirche Sachsens und Ostthüringens. Auf die Möglichkeiten der Supervision in diesem Kontext wird eingegangen. Dabei findet das Verhältnis von Professionalisierung und der hierarchischen Kirchenstruktur Beachtung.
• This Certificate Thesis „Types of Professionalisation in Social Work – a sociological perspective in facilitation“ sets out from general basics of socio-logical research on the subject of profession. It also comprises contemporary developments as professionalisation, hybridisation and deprofessionalisation. The concept of professionalisation by Dewe/Stüwe receives in-depth attention. In what way professionalised workers are to use facilitation and how they view facilitation is looked at furthermore. From the facilitators point of view the concept of professionalisation in Social Work is up to provide tools for reflection and change. Based on examples the validity of the claim is demonstrated. In a separate chapter the thesis deals with the share of organisations in the process of professionalisation a single member undergoes. This is done with focus on the german Roman-catholic Church in Saxony and parts of Thuringia. Attention is paid to opportunities of facilitation-processes in this context. Doing this, the relation between professionalisation and the hierarchical structure given is taken into account.
