- The technological leap to autonomous driving is imminent - and so is its implementation in public road traffic. What is already technically within reach, however, presents a major legal challenge. How should autonomous driving be regulated? Questions of civil and criminal liability must be completely rethought - and presumably cannot be solved with legal certainty. At the same time, German lawmakers are coming under international implementation pressure.
