• Diese Diplomarbeit untersucht, auf welche Art und Weise die Übernahme eines Hand-werksbetriebs gestaltet werden kann. Zunächst erfolgt eine ausschließlich theoretische Abhandlung, angefangen von der Unternehmensform bis hin zu Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten bzw. Finanzierungsproblemen. Danach wird die Theorie auf ein praktisches Problem übertragen, d. h. speziell am Beispiel des Unternehmens Elektro Stiegler analysiert. Dabei werden Vorteile und Nachteile genau beleuchtet und abgewogen. Vom jetzigen Erscheinungsbild, über die Stellung des Unternehmens und seinen Ruf, bis zur schlussendlichen Entscheidung wird alles genauestens betrachtet. Zudem werden ansatzweise Fördermöglichkeiten im Finanzierungssektor dargelegt, allerdings ohne die Analyse einer Bank in allen Schritten durchzuführen. Im weiteren Verlauf steht die Planung von zukunftsweisenden Handlungsansätzen und Ideen. Es wird zudem ein Zehnjahresplan der Unternehmung entwickelt. Schlussendlich entstehen ein schlüssiges und zu allen Seiten abgesichertes Konzept sowie eine endgültige Entscheidung bzgl. der Unternehmensübernahme.
• This thesis analyses in which way the buy-out of a craftsman’s business can be accom-plished. At first, an exclusive theoretical study takes place, ranging from the corporate organisation to financial options, respectively financial problems. Afterwards, this theory is transferred to a problem in practice, i. e. it is analysed in particular using the example of the business company Elektro Stiegler. Thereby, assets and drawbacks are explored and balanced in detail. Everything from the present appearance, via the status of the business company and its reputation to the final decision is observed most accurately. Furthermore, sponsorship possibilities in the financial sector are rudimentary presented. However, the analysis of a bank won’t be realised with all the steps in detail. In the course of this thesis follows the development of forward-looking operation approaches and ideas. Moreover, a ten year plan for the business venture is developed. Finally, this results in a coherent and roundly secured concept as well as an ultimate decision for the buy-out.
