- Im Rahmen des betriebswirtschaftlichen Bachelorstudiums wurde diese Bachelorarbeit auf das Thema Einführung und Verbesserung des Controllings in Russland anhand des Unternehmens OOO Plastik geschrieben. Im theoretischen Teil erklärt diese Arbeit das Begriff «Controlling» und bestimmt die Controllinginstrumente. Im praktischen Teil wird das Controlling im Unternehmen OOO Plastik mit Rücksicht auf Besonderheiten des Geschäftsbetriebes in Russland implementiert.
