• Diese Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit dem Thema „Kauf von Ferienapartments in Barcelona“. Es handelt sich um eine Mischung aus Literaturarbeit und Praxisarbeit. Im Rahmen des Praxisteils wird ein Businessplan für das Projekt erstellt. Als Ergebnis lässt sich festhalten, dass das Projekt „Kauf eines Ferienapartments in Barcelona“ ist eine lukrative Geschäftsidee darstellt. Der Grund liegt darin, dass es kaum Risiken gibt, wenn der Businessplan so in die Realität umgesetzt wird, wie in dieser Arbeit beschrieben. Die Gründerperson kann davon ausgehen, dass sie mit dieser Geschäftsidee langfristig und regelmäßig Renditen erzielt. Zwar sind diese nicht so hoch, aber stabil. Dadurch ist der langfristige Erfolg gewährleistet. Der Wert der Apartments bleibt im Laufe der Zeit gleich oder steigert sich. Mit einem Kapitalverlust ist daher nicht zu rechnen.
• This thesis deals with the topic “Buying holiday apartments in Barcelona”. It is a mixture of literature work and practical work. The reason is that there are hardly any risks if the business plan is implemented as described in this work. The founding person can assume that they will generate long-term and regular returns with this business idea. Although these are not that high, they are stable. This guarantees long-term success. The value of the apartments remains the same or increases over time. A loss of capital is therefore not to be expected.
