• Diese Bachelorarbeit beschreibt umfassend die Verwendung der agilen Methodik Kanban innerhalb der Softwareentwicklung. Dabei werden die Prinzipien und Kernpraktiken, die Einführung in ein Projekt sowie der Betrieb eines Projekts mittels Kanban erläutert. Abschließend folgt anhand vordefinierter Kriterien eine kritische Bewertung von Kanban innerhalb des Kontexts agiler Projektmanagementmethoden in der Softwareentwicklung.
• This bachelor thesis describes in detail the use of the agile process method Kanban within the software development. Therefore it explains the principles and core practises within Kanban, how to develop Kanban and how to run Kanban in a project or team. A final conclusion critically assesses Kanban with the help of predefined criterias in the context of agile project management methods in the scope of software development.
