• Ziel der Arbeit ist es für die Erzeugung von Fernwärme mittels Hausmüllverbrennung am Fallbeispiel der Stadt Graz den Einfluss variabler Betriebskosten auf die Wirtschaftlichkeit von Rost- und Wirbelschichtkesselanlagen darzustellen. Dafür werden praxisnahe Produktivitäts-, Wirtschaftlichkeits- und Rentabilitätskennzahlen definiert, sowie Anlagendurchsatz, Anlagenverfügbarkeit und Betriebskostensätze ermittelt und damit ein betriebswirtschaftlicher Systemvergleich hergestellt. Auf Basis dieser Erkenntnisse zeigt eine gekürzte Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung die spezifischen Abfallverbrennungskosten der beiden Verbrennungstechnologien unter Berücksichtigung der festgelegten Rahmenbedingungen.
• The aim of the work is to show the influence of variable operating costs on the economic viability of grate and fluidised bed boiler plants for the generation of district heating by means of household refuse incineration at the case study of the City of Graz. To this end, practical productivity, economics and profitability ratios are defined, as well as plant throughput, plant availability and operating cost rates are determined and thus a business-oriented system comparison is established. On the basis of these findings, an abridged profit and loss account shows the specific incineration costs of the two combustion technologies, taking into account the established framework conditions.
