• Die Bachelorarbeit wird sich mit der Umsetzung einzelner Punkte der UN-Kinderrechtskonvention durch das deutsche Recht beschäftigen und ob oder wie diese Umsetzung aussieht. Danach werden diese Ergebnisse auf ihren Einfluss auf soziale Ar-beit betrachtet. Zentrale Fragen werden sein: Wird die UN-Kinderrechtskonvention im deutschen Recht ausreichend umgesetzt? Welche Folgen hat diese Umsetzung auf soziale Arbeit?
• The bachelor's thesis will deal with the implementation of individual points of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child through German law and whether or how this implementation looks like. These results are then examined for their influence on social work. The central questions will be: Is the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child sufficiently implemented in German law? What consequences does this implementation have on social work?
