• Diese Bachelorarbeit untersucht die Einflüsse der COVID-19-Pandemie auf die Professionalisierung im Bereich der Sozialen Arbeit. Durch die Anwendung einer empirischen Methode in Form einer Online-Befragung wurden die Praxispartner der Hochschule Mittweida im Bundesland Sachsen zu spezifischen Auswirkungen der Pandemie auf ihre Arbeitsfelder befragt. Die anschließende Analyse vertieft sich in die Veränderungen der Arbeitsabläufe in den Handlungsfeldern während der Krise und beleuchtet, welche Implikationen dies für die Diskussion um die Soziale Arbeit als Profession oder als Beruf mit Professionalisierungsbedarf hat.
• This bachelor's thesis examines the influences of the COVID-19 pandemic on professionalization in the field of social work. Through the application of an empirical method in the form of an online survey, the practice partners of Hochschule Mittweida in the state of Saxony were questioned about specific effects of the pandemic on their work fields. The subsequent analysis delves into changes in work processes in the fields of action during the crisis and illuminates the implications this has for the discussion about social work as a profession or as a profession in need of professionalization.
