• This master's thesis examines the development and application of Decentralised Autonomous Organisations based on blockchain technology. It sheds light on the theoretical concepts of DAOs as well as their practical implementation and applicability in various scenarios. By analysing smart contracts, token economy and governance structures, the thesis offers a comprehensive insight into the potential and challenges of DAOs in modern organisational management.
