Wirkung der Botschaft in Filmen durch narrative Strukturen : eine Untersuchung am Beispiel von „Soul“ mithilfe des PKS-Modells

Die vorliegende Arbeit untersucht an narrativen Strukturen in Filmen, inwiefern diese die Botschaft dem Rezipienten vermitteln. Dafür wird beispielhaft der Film „Soul” mithilfe des PKS-Modells analysiert. Die anschließende Bewertung des Modells zeigt dabei, wie die Untersuchung der Strukturen vom Film selbst abhängig ist. Trotz Mängeln an der Eindeutigkeit der Merkmale der Strukturen sorgt das Modell für ein grundlegendes Verständnis der kognitiven Verarbeitungsprozesse beim Rezipienten über Schemabildung während des Betrachtens eines Filmes.
This study uses narrative structures in films to examine the extent to which they convey the message to the recipient. For this purpose, the film "Soul" is analysed using the PKS model. The subsequent evaluation of the model shows how the examination of the structures is dependent on the film itself. Despite shortcomings in the clarity of the characteristics of the structures, the model provides a fundamental understanding of the cognitive processing of the recipient via schema stabilisation during the viewing of a film.
