The object of the present bachelor thesis is the analysis of efficiency of homepage marketing and recommendations for recruitment. In this context a survey was conducted with members of medium-sized companies in the sector of IT- and STEM-industry in central Germany. They were asked for example how far they use recommendations of
employees, friends/ family/ acquaintance, business partners, customers and competitors and how they promote them. Furthermore the study should emphasize how intensively the companies use their career websites for recruitment, how often they maintain the site and how comprehensive the visitors can inform themselves about the company. The result showed that the companies with the most applications per open vacancy mostly stimulated recommendations and used their homepage marketing intensively.
The conclusion is that recommendations and the career website are quite important instruments for a successful recruitment, so that the companies have to promote them
as good as possible.
Ziel der Bachelorarbeit ist es, einen Leitfaden zu Personalbeschaffung und Personalführung zu erstellen. Dieser Leitfaden soll den Klienten einer Steuer- und Unternehmensberatungskanzlei als erste Informationsquelle zusätzlich zum Beratungsgespräch mit einem Steuer- oder Unternehmensberater dienen. Außerdem soll der Leitfaden zu Personalbeschaffung und Personalführung als Nachschlagewerk dienen. Dabei wird die Thematik möglichst einfach und verständlich aufbereitet.
