Ecological and economic Impacts of major Sport-Events in Event Management : a study of the positive and negative Aspects of major events in the Field of professional Football
- The goal of this scientific work is to research and present the economic and ecological effects of large sporting events. For this purpose, an intensive literature research in the field of event management was conducted and a certain event typology, the field of mega events, was specifically addressed. In the first, theoretical part of the work, the ecological and economic effects of large sporting events were presented with the help of literature-based knowledge. The following part of the work illustrated the knowledge gained previously using the example of the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany
