Comparison of soft- and hardware-based solutions in the field of sound processing in relation to the medium radio
- In dieser Arbeit sollen verschiedene Lösungen für Sound Processing im Radio betrachtet werden. Dafür soll zuerst auf die verschiedenen Tools beim Sound Processing eingegangen werden. Danach werden verschiedene Richtlinien bei der Übertragung von Rundfunk erläutert. Zuletzt werden die beiden Sound Processing-Lösungen Orban Optimod 8700i als Hardware-Gerät und der Radio Optimizer als Software-Lösung vorgestellt.
- In this thesis, different solutions for sound processing in radio are to be consi-dered. For this purpose, the various tools for sound processing will be discussed first. The existing guidelines for broadcasting are then explained. In the last step, two sound processing solutions are compared to each other: The Orban Optimod 8700i as a hardware- and the radio optimizer as a software-solution.
