• Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit soll eine leistungsfähige Softwareschnittstelle für die Kommunikation zwischen einem Laborinformations-, Prozessmanagementsystem und einem Steuerprogramm von komplexen Laborautomaten entwickelt werden. Insbesondere soll diese Schnittstelle für die effiziente und kontrollierte Routinebearbeitung von Laborproben an flüssigkeitsbewegenden Laborautomaten verwendet werden. Ziel des Laborinformationssystems ist eine schrittweise nachvollziehbare Probenbearbeitung. Für deren Umsetzung eine Untersuchung der gegebenen Möglichkeiten unter Beachtung des Programmieraufwands beider Seiten notwendig ist, wobei der Eigenanteil der Programmierung nur auf der Automatenseite liegt.
• The aim of this thesis is to establish an interface for laboratory automation. The commu-nication between laboratory information’s system and the automatic pipetting machines is very important for the routines works and efficiently. For this compare different inter-faces technologies under the important aspects of traceability, requirements and cost estimate.
