Management and strategies for reducing stress and burnout in the workplace : the effectiveness of using yoga program as an example in Human Resource Management
- Recent research has indicated concern for the degree of stress and burnout among employees. This thesis examined the effectiveness of yoga program in improvement to stress and burnout among employees. The aim was to measure effect of yoga program on employees through an empirical study and include other study findings. The result of the study show that yoga program has a significant positive impact on work performance, work motivation, workplace satisfaction, physical wellbeing and mental wellbeing of employees.
